Join us as we dive deep into the Finnish Lapland - land of reindeer, dogsledding, snowmobiling and the Northern Lights. This is an incredible opportunity to cross over the Arctic Circle, sleep in a glass igloo, float under the Auroras and drive your own dogsled.

  • Because every trip has a capacity limit, before anyone can register, let us know why you want to join us. This is to make sure the trip is truly curated for every single person.

  • The cost will be -

    $6,800 per person based on double occupancy

    $9,700 per person based on single occupancy

    Upon acceptance a deposit of $3,000 is due. The balance is due on November 30th, at which point the trip is non-refundable.

    Credit card payments will be subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

  • We understand that life happens. We will need to be informed of cancellation in writing. If you cancel before November 30th, your deposit will be refunded less a $500 administrative fee. After November 30th, all payments are non-refundable.

    Because of the nature of this trip and the destination, we are going to require travel insurance, and we would be happy to discuss options with you.

  • All hotels, excursions, and meals are included in the cost, as well as group transfers to and from the airport. If you choose flights outside of the group arrival and departure times, there will be an additional transfer cost.

    Flights are your own responsibility, but we can certainly help (we have a little bit of experience 😉)

  • We are looking for people that are all in with what we have planned, nothing is mandatory, but refunds for specific activities will not be made.

  • You don’t have to be a word class athlete, but you do nee to be comfortable with the cold - we will have specially designed clothing and snowsuits, but be prepared for cold weather.

  • The dates listed are the dates that the group will be in Finland - we will discuss flights with the group once confirmed.

    The arrival airport is Rovaniemi (RVN) and the departure airport is Ivalo (IVL)

  • Yes! The trip is going to cover the northern part of Finland, but if you wanted to see Helsinki or any other part of Scandinavia while you are over there, we are happy to help!

  • We are fortunate to have eight rooms reserved on this trip - four singles and four doubles, so let us know your preference.

  • Yes, we have worked this into the cost.

  • The idea is that you don’t need to reach for your wallet on an Away Babes adventure.

    You wil just need money for any local purchases or personal shopping. Most places will take credit cards (not all take Amex), but you might want to have a few Euros handy if you want to bring home a souvenir.

  • Absolutely! But please remember this trip is about meeting new babes and broadening our horizons, so we want to make sure we all get to interact.
