Namibia - 2024

The cost will be $8,500 per person based on double occupancy.

Upon acceptance a deposit of $3,000 is due. The balance is due on December 15th, at which point the trip is non-refundable.

We understand that life happens. We will need to be informed of cancellation in writing. If you cancel before December 15th, your deposit will be refunded less a $250 administrative fee. After December 15th, all payments are non-refundable.

Because of the nature of this trip and the destination, we are going to require travel insurance, and we would be happy to discuss options with you.

All lodges, excursions, and meals are included in the cost, as well as group transfers to and from the airport and internal flights. If you choose flights outside of the group arrival and departure times, there will be an additional transfer cost. Flights are your own responsibility, but we can certainly help (we have a little bit of experience 😉)

We are looking for people that are all in with what we have planned, nothing is mandatory, but refunds for specific activities will not be made.

The dates listed are the dates that the group will be in Namibia - we will discuss flights with the group once confirmed. The air will be in and out of Johannesburg.

Yes! The trip is really going to cover the entire country, but if you would like to explore other options in Africa, while you are over there, we are happy to help!

We have priced and reserved five rooms on a shared basis - the beauty of these destinations is that the lodges are small and intimate. In order to accommodate as many Babes as possible we have five rooms for ten people. If the trip is not full, we can look at the possibility of a single room at a 50% single supplement.

Yes, we have worked this into the cost.

The idea is that you don’t need to reach for your wallet on an Away Babes adventure.

Absolutely! But please remember this trip is about meeting new babes and broadening our horizons, so we want to make sure we all get to interact.

The lodges will have wifi, dependent on satellite connection, but there are places out on game drives where you will not. It is time to disconnect.

We will have our own charter plane throughout Namibia, so we need to pack light - probably between 20 - 30 pounds per person. You don’t need much on safari, and the good thing is laundry is complimentary at the lodges.
